Live Virtual Masterclass by CD+Melody, LLC

Effective Date: June 20, 2025 (and ongoing for all recurring masterclasses and courses)

By registering for and attending this live virtual masterclass hosted by CD+Melody, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“participant,” “you,” or “attendee”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Event Access and Participation
* The masterclass will be hosted live via Zoom or a similar virtual platform. A private access link will be provided upon registration.
* Please ensure you have a stable internet connection, functioning audio/video devices, and the necessary software to join.
* Participants are expected to join on time and engage respectfully and professionally with the hosts and other attendees.

2. Recording Notice
* The session may be recorded for replay, internal training, or promotional purposes.
* By attending, you consent to the recording of your voice, image, and comments shared via chat or Q&A.
* You may turn off your camera or mute yourself at any time if you prefer not to appear in the recording.

3. Intellectual Property
* All materials shared during the masterclass—including slides, videos, downloads, workbooks, teachings, and spoken content—are the intellectual property of CD+Melody, LLC and are protected by copyright law.
* You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or repurpose any part of the content without prior written consent.
* Sharing Zoom links or downloadable materials with anyone not registered for the event is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment and Refund Policy
* Payment is due at the time of registration. All sales are final.
* Because access to exclusive content and materials is provided immediately, refunds are not available unless the event is canceled by CD+Melody, LLC.

5. Behavior and Removal Rights
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the session for disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

6. Technology Disclaimer
While we strive to provide a seamless experience, CD+Melody, LLC is not responsible for individual technical issues, internet interruptions, or platform outages beyond our control. We recommend joining 5–10 minutes early to allow time for troubleshooting.

7. Privacy
Your personal information will be used solely to communicate about this event and future opportunities from CD+Melody, LLC, unless you opt out. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
